Walk-ins are welcomed, but to secure a spot, we encourage our clients to book online.

Peak Times/Holiday (Booking)
Our peak salon times are Monday through Saturdays between the hours of 12-5. To book & secure any of these time slots you must book online or phone in bookings with a required deposit. Any other type of bookings will be taken but placed on our waiting list. Five(5) days before any holiday or major event, we only accept online booking. Walk-ins are by availability only. All phone booking during this time require a deposit.
Cancellation Policy
24+ hr. notice--deposit is returned.
23 hrs.--deposit is forfeited but can be used to re-book.
Within 1hr of appointment, deposit is forfeited & full services will be charged.
15+ mins late is considered a No Show &
full services will be charged.
(Please Read)
When failure to show for an appointment occurs and the deposit has been forfeited along with the remaining balance being charged, that amount charged will not be transferred to a new booking. A completely new booking must be paid for.
Walk-in Groups
(Groups are defined as 5+ more individuals)
Groups of 5 or more that walk in will be assessed a group rate fee plus a 20% gratuity fee in addition to any service(s) provided
Animal/Pet Policy
At Sole Nail Spa, we appreciate and empathize with the love of all animals and pets. For Sole’ Nail Spa to respect all our clients and give them the Sole’ Experience, regardless of the animal’s size, status, designation or title, no animal(s) of any kind will be allowed inside our spa or adjoining rooms.
If you insist that your animal be present while you receive your service(s), we will unfortunately deny the service(s).
If you pre-book a service(s) and do not indicate that an animal will be present, we will deny the service upon arrival and the entire deposit will be forfeited.

Absolutely no children are allowed in the
salon unless they are receiving services
There are no price differences and/or no price reductions with services performed on children.
Consultation
In order to give you Sole's "A Break From Reality" treatment, our team must conduct a personal consultation to determine the best approach to tranquility. This service takes 5 minutes with a nail technician and ethician. Before & after photos may be taken. Our consultation is to determine proper application, product selection and pricing.
Manicure/Pedicure Disclaimer:
Inform our staff of any allergies that affect your services.
If a customer has open cuts, abrasions, sores, fungus or scabs, services will not be rendered.
Payment/Services
(new customers only)
Due to recent salon scammers and individuals attempting to receive services and not render proper payment, unfortunately, all NEW CUSTOMERS must pay for all services in advance or book online before any service begins.
Service Change
If you desire to change your original service order for another after the original services have begun, you may do so. However, any changes that affect the balance, higher or lower or extends the service original time(s) past 15 mins, additional charges will be added and no refunds will be given. Any changes (additional or removals) in any promotional or discounted service occurs, the price adjustment defaults back to the original salon price.
Phone Policy
Please use cell phone earbuds or headphones when getting nail services, especially with a manicure. This will avoid delays and nail polish accidents. Also, be mindful that using a phone on speaker mode disturbs the tranquility of the salon and other patrons. Please refrain from using your phone on speaker mode or having high-volume conversations.
Cut Off Times
Cut off arrival time for a basic single service is 6:30 p.m. (30 minutes before our salon closing time). For additional services or specialty services, the cut off arrival time is at least 6:00 p.m.(1 hour before closing time). We offer after hours services for an additional fee.
We encourage our clients to book online to secure the desired time(s) needed or preferred.
Exotic Designs or Inspirational Artwork
The expectation(s) of any exotic design(s), Inspirational full sets, or extreme custom nail design that require more than a 90-minute session, must be pre-booked/scheduled and the balance paid in full before the session begins. This allows our nail techs the adequate time, space, and ingenuity needed for the best nail outcome. The expectation is not a rushed finished product.

Please note that by allowing Sole Nail Spa techs to service your nail needs, you agree to before and after photos being taken, various still photos as well as videos being taken, which are used for quality control and marketing purposes.
Foreign Nail Products that need to be removed
If you are receiving services and there are foreign product(s) on your hands or feet that is outside of our normal gel/acrylic removal service/price, there will be an additional charge for removing such product(s)from your nails.
We cannot determine if that cost will increase until the initial service has begun. However, the cost of foreign product(s) removal is listed in services. If you do not want to be charged for this additional service, we recommend that you remove all foreign products(s) from your nails prior to visiting our salon.
Gel/Acrylic removal
Please be mindful that the gel/acrylic removal process, whether its solely a removal or a removal with intention to having additional services applied, incur a cost.
